Family sessions are one of my absolute favorite types of sessions! Watching a family interact, a mom wipe food off kids faces, a dad jump up and down behind me to get a kid to giggle- it's a lot of fun! Seniors and portrait sessions are a great way to commemorate this exact time in your life. Being a part of that process is such a great thing I get to do as a Minnesota Family and Portrait Photographer.
I like to take time to talk about what to wear and planning outfits. One of the biggest things I like to stress is not to match, but rather to coordinate. Gone are the days of everyone in the same color shirt and jeans. In are the days of patterns, accent colors and fun accessories. Jewelry, scarves or a bow tie - I shriek (often times internal shrieks so I don't freak anyone out, though!) when I hear of these fun plans. I have set up Pinterest boards to help with ideas as the clothing choices play a huge role in the look of the photos.
