Bri and Travis are an adorable couple whose wedding we got to shoot. Capturing their day was a lot of fun!
Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church is Bri's church and where they got married. The sanctuary is huge and super unique with a labyrinth along the center aisle and waterfalls in rocks along the sides. They had a soloist during the ceremony who sang "Can't Help Falling in Love," One thing I loved about the planning part of this wedding was how important the guests were to Bri, she said she would love some footage of the guest's faces in the sanctuary before the wedding ceremony because it's some images her parents' wedding video contained and said: "I just remember seeing this on my parent (nonprofessional) wedding video and it fun to see what people looked like back then and see others who have now passed on."
The reception was at Fong's Event Center also in Prior Lake. Their emcee for the night made the evening really interactive and fun for guests. I think the highlight of the reception was the Father-Daughter dance where Bri recorded in her own voice some of the things she's thankful for about her dad and described the kind of person he is - there wasn't a dry eye in the house. It was really a sweet moment. Once the dancing music came on there was no stopping the party. This group was the dancing kind!
