This family of three was a fun way to kick off my weekend. It was a beautiful blue-skied late-summer morning on a farm in New Germany. Sarah had arranged for the shoot at her uncle's home so her son could be photographed with a miniature horse. Watching Danny's face light up when the horse came out was just adorable.
These outfits were perfect for the setting. I loved poncho on Sarah and Danny's vest and dad Dan pulled everyone together in a simple white long-sleeved shirt. Danny had just taken a nap and that lent itself to a lot of lifestyle-type shots - we let him play and explore around the property and capture him doing his thing.
